Here are my 5 tips to ensure you can stick to your resolution and create good behaviors that last longer than one month. 

So, as we head into 2018, I decided that I would identify a phrase that I would embody for the New Year.  Are you ready?

Late that week I had a moment...actually moments of some negative self-love (oxymoron right there). I wasn’t proud of of these thoughts.

 I need to create more “space” in my life.  And when I say space, I mean downtime...where I’m not trying to check something off of a list.

I rarely oversleep. In fact, waking up between 5:00 - 5:30am is easy to me now. It’s the new normal. Which leads me to my final life lesson learned kicking cancer’s butt:

I did something I never thought I would do after my cancer diagnosis...I ugly cried in public. Like real hard. And you know what I learned?

Sometimes when I think back on my life,  I just start laughing because there have been so many moments that felt like I was in an episode of “Seinfeld”.

I was having a conversation the other day with a friend and we were talking about how easy it can be to overspend on a gift, or GIFTS during the holidays.  

I might not have realized it then, but the Big C gave me some gifts that will forever impact my life and my business.
